Smoked Buffalo Pheasant Sliders

  • 1 Smoked Pheasant
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 6 Cherry or Peppadew Peppers
  • 1/3 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce of choice


  1. Remove meat from the cooled, smoked bird and rough chop.

  2. Dice the celery and peppers. 

  3. Combine all ingredients.

  4. Spoon liberal amount on fresh rolls or crackers as an appetizer. Enjoy!
