Smoked Pheasant Salad Slider

  • 1 Smoked Pheasant
  • 1/3 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/3 cup Pecans
  • 3 Green onions
  • 2 JalapeƱos
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Slider Rolls


  1. Remove meat from the smoked bird once cool and rough shop

  2. Dice apricots, pecans, green onion and jalapeƱos. 

  3. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. 

  4. Spoon a liberal amount on fresh rolls and enjoy! Refrigerate overnight and it only gets better, great on crackers as an appetizer the following day.
